WELDING

Welding is the joining of two or more parts of the base material into an inseparable whole. The joining is achieved by heat, pressure or a combination of both, with or without the addition of material.
The welder’s task is to join metals and non-metals, for which he uses various joining methods and various technologies that help him in the process itself.
In our company, we mainly use four welding techniques: MIG, MAG, TIG and EPP.
MIG
In MIG welding, the material thickness must not exceed 1 mm, making this method suitable for car bodywork and similar work. MIG is the most affordable and also the most widespread form of welding.
MAG
MAG welding is a welding process that is fast and easy and allows for welding of thicker materials.
With this process, we weld new things for you, such as structures, fences, etc. We also offer you repairs to worn-out assemblies and devices that need renovation.
TIG
TIG welding is most often used for welding thin stainless steel and aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys. The TIG process gives the welder greater control over the weld than MIG welding, and it also produces stronger, higher-quality welds.
This process is used when welding new items such as doors, fences, and the like.
EPP
Submerged arc welding is a joining process where the welding flux flows from the vessel through a funnel, directly in front of the electrode. The process is suitable for making thick and flat welds, for tanks and high-pressure vessels, and for the production of composite profiles and containers.
LOCKSMITH WORKS

Today, there is almost no construction without the use of metal elements. This is precisely why we are developing this industry in our ranks. Locksmithing is one of the basic professions of the metalworking profession with a common characteristic that it mainly involves manual processing of various metals.
Due to the wide scope of this profession, it is quite difficult to list all the work procedures that a locksmith must master. According to a submitted or own plan, we draw shapes and dimensions on the selected material, which are then cut manually or mechanically and processed accordingly.
These roughly shaped objects are then shaped into finished products by grinding, drilling, thread cutting and sawing. In construction, steel is most often used (various furniture pipes, profiles, sheet metal and bars).
PIPEWORKS
Our company also deals with various pipe parts, which can be auxiliary (in the production of various structures) or even bending according to customer requirements.
